Lisa is one of Australia’s top comedic improvisers winning many accolades including the NSW State Theatresports Championship in both 2003 and 2009.
She was a regular cast member of the improvised comedy shows ‘Improzac’, ‘Officejerks’ and ‘A Regular One Night Stand’ and a finalist in the ‘Comic of the Year’ stand-up comedy competition run by the Harold Park Hotel. She has performed with Impro Australia (Sydney), Impro Melbourne, Impro ACT (Canberra), and Impro Mafia (Brisbane).
From 2006 to 2008 she was a core cast member of ‘Scrabble Unscripted’, which had sellout shows at both the Sydney and Melbourne Comedy Festivals. In 2010 she performed once again at the Sydney and Melbourne Comedy Festivals in ‘The Ultimate Board Game Unscripted’, and was invited to perform at the Del Close Improv Marathon in New York with her show ‘Aussie Improv Explosion’. She has recently returned to Australia from Las Vegas after a 6 month residency where she produced and performed in the headlining show ‘Aussie Improv Comedy Explosion’.
Lisa is a director of ‘Explosive Minds!’ Pty Ltd, an improvised comedy company who perform for the corporate market. She has worked extensively throughout Australia and overseas, conducting training sessions in spontaneity and teamwork, and generally entertaining clients such as AMP, Eli Lilly, ING Direct, Johnson & Johnson and Westpac.
Her television credits include ‘Stand Up Australia’ (The Comedy Channel), ‘Joker Poker’ Series 1 & 2 (Channel Ten) and ‘Not Just for Christmas’ (The Comedy Channel).
